This quick post is something of a test for me…. Going to do this entirely on my iPad, with all iPhone photos. If this works, I can see this happening more in the future….
I just wanted to warn you in advance if it comes out weird!
This past Saturday, September 8th, I headed down with a friend of mine to Cars & Coffee at Columbia Valley Luxury Cars. On the way there, she mentioned that the Porsche Club may be doing a drive to a winery, and if I wanted we could go.
Turns out they were, and, well, if there’s one thing I love almost as much as Porsches its wine! So of course that had to happen. (Which resulted in one VERY LONG day, but it was so worth it!)
To start, there was my friend’s adorable Boxster, isn’t she cute? I love seeing this car. ![]()

The “star” of Cars & Coffee was easily this F430 Spyder. She sounded amaaaaaaaazing when she left….. *sigh* Loved the Ferrari stallion on the carbon fiber gas door, too.

Once I walked inside, I was bombarded with temptation in the form of two 3.2 Carreras and one SC. *sigh* Wanted to take one home soooooooo baaaaaaad. (Soon, I hope. Soon…)

Another non-Porsche that was around was this beautiful e30 M3. Love.

Definitely loved this pre-impact bumper duck-tailed 911, with nice Recaro seats. Awesome.

After a bit of hanging out, we all hit the road!

We stopped in a very itty bitty town for lunch….

And then proceeded to the winery. Yum!

I ended up buying a few bottles to bring home, one being a Cabernet Sauvignon that I’m planning to save for the celebration of bringing my 911 home. I figured it was fitting to buy a bottle on a Porsche Club trip to save for such an occasion.
Overall, a super long but super fun day! Great cars, great views, great food and, especially, great people.
