Yeah, long time no see, eh? Though I bet you’re used to my really fickle nature….. (I’m a Gemini, can you tell yet?)
Anyhow, it’s somewhat recently become February (I’m only a week behind) and I figured it was time to post more than photos with captions and the odd sub-140 character thought.
Yes, I probably posted all of these on Instagram. So go follow there then if you aren’t. I try to make it fun I promise. But, if you want more of what I do, here’s where to get it….
For one, I hope everyone had a very happy New Year. I had a lot of fun getting somewhat dolled up for photos with my e92 335xi.
Shortly afterwards, my hubby came home!!!! That’s been a big part of why I went kinda AWOL myself, ha. It’s been a bit messy trying to once again blend work schedules, winter weather and only one car that doesn’t mind the ice much…. It’s not that fun, still. But I’d much rather work on logistics than have him gone anymore.
It didn’t take long after he was home to visit some pretty cars…. I posted this M5 before, so I tried to be fancy getting the 335 in the shot. My idea of my present & future.
A quick stop by the Porsche dealer also yielded an encounter with this 997 Turbo waiting to be shipped…
We then headed down to meet with a guy who is helping us in our current car search, which is officially underway. There were many great cars to meet down there…
Plus a drive in an excellent 1984 911 Targa. Sadly that wasn’t the car I’m looking for, and it is sad because she drove beautifully… Sigh.
Oh, I’ve been eating too. Like this Brie and apple panini. Yuuuuuuuuuum.
I got to drive my baby to get gas, though lately she’s been driving with my husband to work. Weather is still too unpredictable for me to take her. Sigh. I miss driving her a lot.
Bacon Cheeseburger. Yup.
My friend’s new dealership venture, and new weekly Cars & Coffee hang out spot!
My Bimmer’s first trip up to Mt. Spokane…. She’s a snow bunny, did you know?
My acquisition of British Racing Green nail polish, hehehe. Things that make real car girls squee!
Oh, and I was allowed to spoil myself with a Red Fox Spirit Hood!! You guys know how much I LOVE foxes, right???
There was the Porsche Club Winter Banquet….
My first wild Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt find! Which I’m still in disbelief over. Seriously.
Mmmmmmm Bacon Maple Bar. Yes, it’s stuffed with sausage. They call it the “Flatliner.”
Me, being teased by the gorgeous Guards Red 3.2. Sigh….
And then there was snowboarding. This from our second outing this year. Because, well, I gotta have something in the winter when the car things slow down.
All this, brought to you by my budding Starbucks addiction….
And that pretty much sums up 2013 for me so far! See, you haven’t missed THAT much…..
But, you know, I’ll try and do a better job of keeping you in the loop. Because its only going to get better once things start really coming together here! Count on that.
